Porsche car hire fans who have been following the manufacturer's Carrera Cup competition were treated to an exciting spectacle last weekend (May 1st-2nd).
The two most recent rounds of the race event took place at the Brands Hatch circuit in testing conditions.
Victories were shared between Michael Caine and Tim Harvey over the course of the weekend, with Harvey still maintaining his 12-point lead in the overall competition standings.
"The car was fantastic and it was just a case of hanging on for the first five or six laps," Caine commented after his first win of the season.
"We're pleased to get that first result."
Drivers in the Carrera Cup competition race near-standard versions of the manufacturer's 911 GT3 vehicle.
It boasts an engine output of 420bhp and the standard model is able to complete the sprint to 62mph from standstill in just four seconds and has a top speed of 193mph.
