Audi car hire customers may be pleased to learn that the manufacturer has released its smallest vehicle on to the market today (Friday May 6th).
The Audi A1 has been introduced into the premium hatchback sector and benefits from the technological expertise that the German marque includes across its model range.
According to the company, the A1 will feature engine start-stop functions alongside energy recuperation, alloy wheels, air conditioning and ESP as standard.
Furthermore, eco-conscious motorists will be able to enjoy the efficiency of the model's three engines.
The 1.2, 1.4 and 1.6-litre variants all post carbon dioxide emissions of below 120g/km, while a minimum economy of over 50mpg can be achieved across the range.
Audi is releasing the A1 with the option of SE, Sport or S Line models, with a range of extras available on each.
Individuals choosing to go for the Sport edition will benefit from larger diameter wheels, sports suspension and seats, Bluetooth mobile phone equipment and a Driver's Information System.
The A1 made its debut during the Geneva Motor Show earlier this year.
