prestige car hire may wish to here that Jaguar's latest luxury saloon has posted impressive first quarter sales so far this year.
The manufacturer has reported that sales of its XF vehicle were up by a total of 94.6 per cent in March compared to the same period last year, helping to boost the company's overall sales.
Geoff Cousins, managing director of Jaguar UK, claimed that the figures were testament to the popularity of the car and of the success of the manufacturer's advertising campaigns to promote it.
"With more than 22,000 XFs now on the road in the UK, the growing popularity of the XF speaks for itself," he explained.
"The second half of 2009 saw consecutive sales growth for the XF and at the end of the year our order book was nearly full with customers wanting an XF."
Earlier this year, Jaguar unveiled its fastest ever XK model during the Geneva Motor Show.
