Mercedes-Benz car hire fans will be able to try a number of the manufacturer's new vehicles at the SMMT Test Day.

The event, which takes place at Millbrook Proving Ground on May 27th, will give motorists the opportunity to get behind the wheel of one of the German marque's recently released models.

Among the cars available to test are the E-Class Cabriolet and Estate.

The E-Class Cabriolet model features a high-tech fabric soft top and world-first Aircap draught-stop technology, giving a no-wind-in-the-hair cabriolet feeling.

Comfort is additionally enhanced in the E-Class Cabriolet by sculpted, ergonomic seats, which are heated, can be electrically adjusted and feature integral headrests for extra safety and support.

Meanwhile, motorists interested in practicality are likely to be drawn to the E-Class Estate vehicle, as it has a class-leading load capacity of 1,950 litres.

In addition, the entire range incorporates Mercedes-Benz energy-efficient BlueEfficiency technology, which is designed to reduce emissions and improve fuel economy.
