Fans of
BMW car hire will be pleased to hear about a number of new models that are set to be launched by the marque.
The 3 series coupe and convertible range will benefit from new, more powerful models, as well as getting a slight facelift to create a dynamic look.
The German car manufacturer is also releasing its "most efficient 3 series ever".
With a combined fuel consumption of 68.9mpg and CO2 emissions of 109g/km, its low running costs mean it could be popular with business users.
Tim Abbott, managing director of BMW UK, said that the manufacturer was offering customers what they wanted, in the form of improved performance and fuel efficiency.
"Competition in the car market is hotter than ever today. The BMW 3 series coupe and convertible were already class-leading models, but we have no intention of sitting on our laurels," he added.
The new models to feature in the 3 series - which has been in production since May 1975 - will be making their debut on March 20th 2010.
