Land Rover has released plans to showcase its new Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) at the Paris Motor Show later this year.
The LRX is expected to be available for sale in the UK in the latter part of 2011, after it is introduced to the US market.
Individuals looking to
hire a Land Rover may be interested in news that the manufacturer is looking to offer the LRX with a hybrid engine.
The SUV is expected to be the most efficient model that Land Rover offers.
It was first unveiled to the pubic as a concept car back in 2008 at the Detroit Motor Show, where it received positive reviews from the press and public alike.
Michael Levitan, chairman of the Land Rover Business Operations Council, told egmcartech.com that he was confident about the cars prospects, saying that "any new product will drive people into the Land Rover centres".
