Mercedes-Benz is reaching the final stages of development of its forthcoming replacement for its CLS model, reports have suggested.
The popular four-door vehicle, which is expected to be introduced to the world at the Paris Motor Show in October, has been spied testing ahead of its release, Auto Express has reported.
According to the news provider, the model will benefit from revised styling and new engines when it is released.
Aesthetically, the car will benefit from LED running lights along the front bumper and headlight fixings, while a larger front grille features a single chrome bar with a lower air intake.
Under the bonnet, motorists will be able to opt for Mercedes-Benz's new V-Generation 3.5-litre 302bhp engine, which benefits from the company's BlueEfficiency fuel-saving technology.
Mercedes-Benz car hire fans may be interested to hear that the manufacturer was recently named as one of the top five most reputable companies by the Reputation Institute.
