Mercedes-Benz car hire enthusiasts may wish to try new E-Class Cabriolet
Mar 9 2010, 03:19 PM
Mercedes-Benz has added an additional model to its redesigned E-Class range, it has been announced.

The new E-Class Cabriolet has been designed to function as a practical car throughout the year and not just as a summer drop-top.

Additional features on the new model include AIRCAP draught-stop technology, AIRSCARF neck level heating and an acoustic soft top for noise-free driving.

Mercedes-Benz car hire enthusiasts may be interested in the manufacturer's new AIRCAP technology which has been designed to enhance the car's comfort by reducing draught.

Other innovations present on the vehicle include the acoustic soft top, which by using high quality insulation interior noise has been dramatically reduced, making the car one of the quietest in its sector.

Furthermore, motorists will be given the choice of seven separate engines when the Cabriolet goes on sale at the end of March, from the entry level E220 CDI through to the powerful 388bhp E500.

The majority of the cabriolet's range uses the marque's BLUEefficiency technology as a way of reducing emissions and increasing fuel economy.
