Land Rover car hire clients can join the manufacturer in celebrating the production of its 200,000th Freelander 2 vehicle.
The milestone has been achieved after just three years of production in the company's award-winning plant in Halewood, Liverpool.
According to the manufacturer, the 200,000th vehicle, a Biscay Blue Freelander 2 TD4e, is to be delivered to a UK customer later this year.
Halewood operations director Michael Straughan congratulated the production centre's workforce on reaching the landmark figure.
"This achievement is thanks to the Halewood workforce, who have continuously driven improvements since the launch of Freelander 2 to maximise customer satisfaction," he added.
The news comes after Land Rover announced that it had experienced a positive start to the year in terms of sales.
Globally, sales were up 29.7 per cent in April and 32.5 per cent for the year to date.
Earlier this month, Land Rover revealed that it would be introducing a two-wheel-drive option for its new compact Range Rover.
