Jaguar XF Diesel S a treat in all departments
Jan 4 2010, 05:16 PM
Although the end of the line has been reached for the long-term Jaguar XF, it is a vehicle that will struggle to lose its appeal among motorists, it has been stated.

Writing for the Daily Telegraph, Erin Baker highlights that the vehicle does not disappoint in any area, with passengers benefiting from vast amounts of leg room, a sizeable boot, accurate steering and a supple suspension.

The car driven by the reviewer was the Jaguar XF Diesel S, with the effortless acceleration and power provided by a 3.0-litre V6 engine helping to create the utmost relaxing atmosphere.

A top speed of 155 miles per hour can be reached, while the dash from still to 60 miles per hour is achievable in 5.9 seconds.

Ms Baker said: "This is the car to end all cars. It's a treat to sit in, a treat to drive, a treat to park, a treat to fiddle around with the interior trickery, a treat to overtake in, a treat to listen to music in ... you get the idea."

In all, the Jaguar XF was available with a choice between five different engines and four trim levels.
