Jaguar Land Rover continues to impress in the automobile market after it was presented with the award for International Asian Business of the Year (UK), during an awards ceremony.

Individuals interested in Land Rover car hire may wish to know that the accolade was given to the company at the Asian Business Awards following its increase in sales both domestically and abroad.

Simon Warr, director of communications and public affairs for Jaguar Land Rover, announced his delight at the company's success at the awards ceremony.

"Jaguar and Land Rover are brands that are recognised and admired across the world. Both have marvellous heritage, but they also have now a model line up that is the strongest ever," he added.

Both Jaguar and Land Rover have recently revealed a new range for this year, with the Discovery, Range Rover and Range Rover Sport models and Jaguar's XJ currently available.

Land Rover's global sales were up by 29.6 per cent during February, compared to 2009.
