The Mini Clubman's new entry-level One model boasts attributes that may make it even more appealing to
London car rental enthusiasts and other motorists, it has emerged.
In a review of the model's Salt pack derivative, motoring website Auto Express has praised the vehicle's features, singling out its driving position as "perfect".
The magazine also highlighted the "blend of top-quality materials and retro design" on the car, which it said was "both ergonomically sound and great to look at".
Motorists stand to also be impressed by the vehicle's "superb" gearbox and the clutch, throttle and brakes, which the magazine stated "are all perfectly weighted", making driving the vehicle an enjoyable experience.
Other features praised by the reviewer include the zero to 60 mph performance of 10.7 seconds, low noise readings and ride comfort and "brilliant" control.
A new model christened Mini First, which boasts low emissions and a combined fuel consumption of 53.3 miles to the gallon, was recently unveiled by the British car manufacturer.
