Mercedes-Benz car hire clients may wish to know that the manufacturer has picked up a customer service award in the latest UKCSI survey.
The company was named as the best performing car company in the country when it came to providing customers with excellent service.
A total of 26,000 consumers were asked to rate companies on a list of criteria including its products, its handling of customer enquiries and the value its services represent.
Mike Belk, the managing director of customer services group Mercedes-Benz UK, said: "This award underlines our commitment to providing our customers with an unrivalled automotive retail experience."
Furthermore, as well as being recognised as the best performing automotive producer, Mercedes-Benz was also named as one of the top companies in the country for customer satisfaction.
The results of the Institute of Customer Service-backed study are published every six months and compiled through an online questionnaire.
Mercedes-Benz recently announced that its sales were up 78 per cent during February, compared to last year.
