London prestige car hire users may be glad to hear that Bentley's styling and design team has turned its award-winning talent to creative art in aid of a charity.

Some 22 creative minds including digital designers and clay modellers have come up with a collection featuring sculptures, paintings, digital art and photographs for a charity auction at Bonhams in December.

Aimed at raising funds for the Christie Hospital in Manchester, which specialises in cancer research and treatment, the artwork is a showcase of the imagination of the British marque's car designers.

Ten of the compositions, which feature bronze, wood, metal, leather and Perspex among other materials were displayed at the recently-held Frankfurt Motor Show in September.

These designers are the brains behind vehicles such as the new Bentley Mulsanne, which was also showcased at the Frankfurt show, as well as the likes of the Bentley Continental GTC and the Arnage.

Luxury car hire users can sample the vehicles through car rental firms.
