The vehicle has received a glowing review from brantfordexpositor.ca, which has stated that the luxury sports car "is all about providing a stimulating drive under the guise of nostalgic styling and cult-like status".

Highlighting the vehicle's fuel economy achieved through its small size, the publication also praised the Cooper's low centre of gravity and wide posture, which makes it good at cornering.

People that get an opportunity to rent a Mini Cooper S fitted with the "Works Package", which was offered in the 2004-06 cars, will experience more satisfaction as the package boosted horsepower to 207.

The model is also available in an open-top version, which features a power-operated roof.

Mini, which is now owned by German executive carmaker BMW, has been celebrating 50 years of existence this year in a number of events that culminated in the launch of three new anniversary models.
