In news that may be of interest to London Range Rover car rental enthusiasts, pricing details of the new Range Rover Sport and Discovery models have been announced.

The new Discovery 4 will enter into the market with prices beginning from £31,995, while the Range Rover Sport range will begin from £44,895, with sales starting on September 1st.

Both models were recently showcased to London car hire fans when they made their public debut in Canary Wharf at the Motorexpo exhibition, which was held last month.

Meanwhile, the chairman of Tata Motors Mr Ratan Tata has described models produced by Land Rover and Jaguar as "terrific", saying the parent company is "proud to own these brands".

Speaking to reporters at the launch of Jaguar and Land Rover in India, he said: "It was a terrific decision taken at the time to bid for these brands and come to own them."

He went on to declare that the organisation wants to "bring back the glory that these brands enjoyed in the past".
